It's true that, while the season-long event is pretty much done now, we're in the closing weeks of the year-long thing.
But if Riot wanted to make something permanent, they would be going about it the wrong way.

If not, why dont you watch the lvlan builds?

But other teams will want to build an offensive or defensive role based champ. They've been put back to where they are, where they used to be.

Every team wants to build champions who will be the best in their role.
