The circulatory and respiratory techniques work together to sustain the body with oxygen and to take away carbon dioxide. Pulmonary circulation facilitates the technique of exterior respiration: Deoxygenated blood flows into the lungs. It absorbs oxygen from tiny air sacs (the alveoli) and releases carbon dioxide to be exhaled. Systemic circulation facilitates internal respiration: Oxygenated blood flows into capillaries by way of the remainder of the physique. The blood circulation medicine diffuses oxygen into cells and absorbs carbon dioxide.

An electrocardiogram (ECG) measures adjustments in electrical potential across the heart, and can detect the contraction pulses that pass over the floor of the heart. There are three sluggish, adverse modifications, referred to as P, R, and T as shown in Figure 15 . Constructive deflections are the Q and S waves. The P wave represents the contraction impulse of the atria, the T wave the ventricular contraction. ECGs are useful in diagnosing coronary heart abnormalities.

Kapalbhati -Skull Shining Breath -
Kapalbhati, a means of deep exhalation and jerky inhalation is one other sort of breathing useful in maintaining a movement of blood. Peculiar exhalation and inhalation contracts and loosen up the abdominal muscles and diaphragm.
Not like in deep respiratory, during exhalation, blood is pushed from an abdomen upward in the guts. While in inhalation, the blood from legs drain into abdomen and go to the guts in subsequent spherical.
